In these terms and conditions “GGDPMF” refers to Gŵyl Gwyl Gerdd Dinas Powys Music Festival. GGDPMF sells tickets on these terms and conditions and subject to any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event. The “Website” is dpmusfest.co.uk.

1. Purchasing Tickets
   1. Tickets are purchased directly via our official channels:
      1. Our Patron Administrator
      2. Ticket Sale Event

   2. Mistakes made by the purchaser will not be rectified unless at the discretion of GGDPMF.
   3. Any queries relating to an order must be referred back to the place of purchase.
2. Tickets Purchased Online
   1. Online tickets are sent to the purchaser via email for presentation at the event on a smartphone (or similar mobile device), or printed.
   2. The full e-ticket must be presented, including its unique barcode – for scanning. Upon successful scanning, and subject to the ticket not already been used, the ticket holder will be admitted.
   3. The front of house staff reserve the right to request the ticket holder to present additional identification upon presentation of their e-ticket.
   4. A valid email address is required for online ticket purchases via the Website.
   5. Once an order has been placed, please note your order confirmation number. Your order will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
   6. Order confirmation documentation and/or a receipt does not constitute a valid ticket and therefore will not gain admittance to any ticketed festival event.
   7. GGDPMF should be contacted if the purchaser has not received their tickets by the later of three working days before the event date or the date of purchase.
3. Tickets via 1st Class Postal Service
   1. Tickets are no longer sent officially from GGDPMF via post, and as a result no longer accept responsibility for lost tickets via post.
4. Tickets via Collection
   1. Tickets available to the general public can no longer be collected in person, unless through a personal arrangement outside of our official selling channels.
5. Patronage
   1. Patron membership is valid for one calendar year.
   2. All patrons are guaranteed the the opportunity to reserve one ticket per patron registration, per event. Reservations can be made up to 21st February 2025.
   3. For 2025, patrons can reserve one additional ticket to one event. We encourage patrons to recommend separate patron membership to their friend/family member if additional tickets are required.
   4. Patron ticket reservation, collection, along with payment arrangements are managed directly between the patron and the patron administrator.
6. Seat Reservations
   1. Seat allocations are available on a first-come, first-served basis at each event and cannot be reserved in advance.
   2. Wheelchair and other special seating arrangements must be arranged in advance and in writing.
7. Changes and Cancellations
   1. GGDPMF cannot guarantee to inform you of the cancellation of any event or of any change to the venue, date, time or the performers. We will if practicable in the time available, advertise changes on the website.
   2. In the event of event cancellation, tickets will be refunded.
   3. If an event is postponed, your existing tickets will be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the postponed date, you will be eligible to claim a refund within 14 days of notification of the new event date. GGDPMF will not be held liable for any costs/losses you may incur (including accommodation and travel) resulting from the cancellation of or change to an event.
8. Refunds
   1. Refunds will not be made except in accordance with the clauses above.
   2. Refunds will be made to the original payment card/method or by other means at the discretion of GGDPMF.
   3. If you are entitled to a refund, you should return your ticket(s) to a GGDPMF Representative at the door of the venue a.t the time of the event. Alternatively, you should refer to the website for details of how else to claim a refund. If possible practicable you will be refunded immediately either in cash, or by credit card refund,  or by cheque, Alternatively, you should refer to the website for details of how else to claim a refund, otherwise you will need to leave provide your name and address/contact details so that a cheque can be posted to your refund can be made as soon as practicable thereafter. 9. General
   1. GGPMDF cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of others, including artists, venue operators, and ticket holders, nor for any loss, damage or theft of personal property at an event.
   2. Admission to an event is subject to any terms specified by the venue owner. If you breach those terms, the GGDPMF on behalf of the venue operator may refuse admission or require you to leave the venue. The venue owner and GGDPMF reserve the right to refuse admission or eject anyone consuming food or drink not purchased on the premises, or those engaging in abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.
   3. If you or any member of your party has specific needs, please advise us of these when booking and we will endeavour to address the matter. We cannot guarantee that individual requirements can be met without reasonable notice in advance of the event.
   4. Our events may be filmed or recorded for marketing, publicity and archive purposes. Purchasing a ticket confirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.
   5. Your data is stored under GDPR, and will not be shared with anyone other than purposes unless required by law.
