In these Terms and Conditions, “GGDPMF” means Gŵyl Gerdd Dinas Powys Music Festival. Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions, any conditions specific to the event, and the venue’s rules. “Website” means dpmusfest.co.uk.
Tickets may be purchased through these official channels:
Purchaser errors will be corrected only at GGDPMF’s discretion. Please direct any query about an order to the channel through which it was purchased.
Entry to a paid event requires a valid GGDPMF physical ticket or e-ticket displaying its unique scannable barcode or QR code. Please present the ticket itself at the event.
A booking confirmation, receipt or order email is not a ticket and will not grant entry, even if it confirms that payment has been made.
Free events do not require tickets, although some may require advance registration.
A valid email address is required when purchasing tickets on the Website. We will email a booking confirmation within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have not received it, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order.
E-tickets are sent separately from booking confirmations, at least 72 hours before the event. Only the e-ticket, with its scannable barcode or QR code, is valid for entry.
If you purchase within 72 hours of the event, you will be sent tickets immediately.
Physical tickets may be collected at the door of the event or at another GGDPMF event. Front-of-house staff may ask for identification when tickets are collected or exchanged.
Patron membership is valid for one calendar year. Patrons may register at any time, but the advance ticket reservation benefit is available only until tickets go on public sale.
Before public sale, Patrons may reserve one ticket per Patron registration, per event. For 2026, each Patron may also reserve one additional ticket for one event, subject to availability. This additional ticket is not guaranteed.
Patrons who need more tickets are encouraged to invite friends or family to become Patrons. The Patron Administrator manages reservations, collection and payment directly with Patrons.
Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchair spaces and other special seating requirements must be arranged in advance and confirmed in writing.
GGDPMF cannot guarantee advance notice of an event cancellation or a change to its venue, date, time or performers. Where possible, we will post changes on the Website.
If an event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded.
If an event is postponed, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on that date, you may request a refund within 14 days of being notified of the postponement.
GGDPMF is not responsible for additional costs, including travel or accommodation.
Refunds are available only as set out in section 6. They will be made to the original payment method unless GGDPMF agrees otherwise.
To request a refund, return your physical ticket to a GGDPMF representative at the venue on the day, or follow the refund instructions on the Website. If we cannot process the refund immediately, we will take your contact details and process it as soon as practicable.
GGDPMF is not liable for the acts or omissions of artists, venues or attendees, or for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

Events may be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing, publicity or archive purposes. Attendance implies consent to appear in this material.
Personal data is stored in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared except where required by law.
