We'd love to consider you for a future festival.

Please fill in the form below with details of what you have to offer.

Typically, we run the following types of events, which will give you a steer as to what is suitable.

  • Parish Hall - Paid events

    • Cabaret-style concerts - Audiences sat around tables for more relaxed performances (e.g. bands) where the audiences may grab a few drinks during the performance

    • Theatre-style concerts - Audiences of up to approx 180 sat in rows. Typically for choir concerts, classical, and headline shows.

  • Other venues - Paid events
Utilising other venues in Dinas Powys, for a slightly different atmosphere

    • Methodist/St. Peter's/St. Andrew's Church - A church setting is great for classical/opera singing/music

    • Rugby/Athletics club - more of a pub-type atmosphere

  • Village square "Music on the green"
Our well-known Saturday morning performances are a great opportunity for acoustic/relaxed foot-tapping events in the sunshine, while the audiences grab a coffee from one of the local cafes. Typically these events can host audiences of up to 80 people, and must be open to anyone to attend free of charge.

  • Other community groups/schools
If you have a local community group and would like some musical entertainment during festival week, we may be able to support by co-marketing or providing acts at a reduce cost.

Take a look at our past festival events to give you an idea of events we've hosted in the past.
